Where bubbly sparkles all the time

"Come quickly," Dom Perignon allegedly said after creating Champagne. "I am tasting the stars!" Though records now show our favorite fizz was invented a good century before his birth, the Benedictine monk was at least instrumental in its development. To be labeled Champagne, bubbly must hail from France's Champagne region - but by any name, the libation itself is cause for celebration. Here are five places worth toasting.
